Facilities Managed 6 state-of-the-art Operating Theatres, Recovery, Endoscopy, 2 Minor Ops Rooms
Direct Reports Deputy Theatre Manager, Endoscopy Lead, Recovery Lead, plus 7 Theatre Team Leaders
Key Responsibilities Operational management, clinical & financial outcomes, theatre utilisation improvement
Support Endoscopy JAG compliance and service growth
Leadership Focus Develop a positive, safety-first, patient-centred culture, workforce development
Additional Role Medical Devices Safety Officer (MDSO)
Qualifications Registered Nurse/ODP with UK registration; Post-reg theatre and/or management qualification
Post-registration mentorship qualification; Theatre Manager or senior deputy experience
Skills & Experience Leadership, change management, innovation, strong management skills
