Role Purpose Lead and monitor the quality of education across a network of 25 schools
Key Responsibilities Oversee curriculum and pupil progress, evaluate teaching quality, analyse data, support CPD, report to governors
Work Breakdown Termly meetings (25 days), data analysis (12 days), annual visits (25 days), staff training (6 days)
Essential Experience Background in education, special education experience preferred, governance and accountability understanding
Skills Required Data analysis, strategic leadership, confident communication, stakeholder engagement
Professional Support Ongoing OFSTED and governance training, sector networking opportunities
Accountability Measures Pupil progress metrics, teacher evaluations, stakeholder feedback, annual role review
