Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our dynamic team FOR ONLY 1-2 years for the project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web design and development, with a keen eye for aesthetics and user experience. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional websites that meet our clients’ needs. This role requires a blend of techn
ical skills and creativity, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

Responsibilities
• Design and develop responsive websites that are user-friendly and visually engaging.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into effective web solutions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts.
• Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and performance.
• Utilise content management systems to manage website content effectively.
• Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring they remain current and functional.
• Work with back-end developers to integrate web applications using technologies such as Node.js.
• Conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement in user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in web design.

Requirements
• Proven experience in web design and development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in responsive web design principles and techniques.
• Familiarity with SEO strategies and best practices.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of digital design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) for creating graphics and layouts.
• Understanding of wireframing tools to create user interface designs.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for database management is advantageous.
• Experience with Telerik or similar frameworks is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
