Van Driver – ongoing work

Red Rhino Resourcing is currently seeking reliable and experienced 3.5T Van Drivers for a full-time, ongoing position based in Patchway (BS34), Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for stable and consistent employment within a reputable company.

Position Summary:

As a Van Driver, you’ll be responsible for delivering a variety of items — including flat-pack furniture — to residential addresses. You’ll work alongside a driver’s mate/porter, who will assist in unloading and placing items into the correct rooms within the customer’s home.

Key Details:
• Pay Rate: £13.34 per hour
• Start Time: 6:30 AM
• Shift Pattern (Rotating):
• Week 1: Monday to Friday
• Week 2: Tuesday to Saturday
• Hours: Up to 12 hours per shift
• Pay: Weekly, with holiday pay included
• Job Type: Long-term, ongoing work

Your Responsibilities:
• Carry out 20–30 deliveries per day
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods
• Assist with manual handling and unloading of items
• Deliver excellent customer service in a polite and professional manner

Candidate Requirements:
• Full UK Category B (Car) Licence
• No more than 9 penalty points (due to insurance restrictions)
• A positive, can-do attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
• Flexibility with working hours
• Previous van driving experience is preferred but not essential
