Job Summary
Due to our continued growth, we are looking for additional office support. Your role as UK and European Operations Support will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of our sites, both in the UK and Europe. You will work within a dynamic team contributing to the efficient running of our office and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for our sites. The role re
quires someone who is able to manage several tasks at one time, and react well to a changing environment, as they happen across all sites.

Responsibilities

– Assist with the organisation of transport of supplies and materials between sites and coordinate well, as well as maintaining exceptional record keeping.
– Book stock in and raise purchase orders.
– Assist with recruitment.
– Perform data entry tasks as needed.
– Add orders to the system.
– Assist with payroll.
– Handle New Starter Paperwork.
– Book travel and accommodation.
– Maintain office organization by handling filing systems and data entry tasks.
– Assist in organizing documents, reports, and other materials.
– Utilize computerized systems effectively for various office tasks.
– Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
– Liaise with suppliers and customers.
– Assist with any other ad-hoc tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.

Skills
-Able to speak and communicate in French would be advantageous.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
– Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
– Excellent data entry skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
– Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
– Prior experience in an office or administrative role is a plus.

This is a full time permanent position. Specific hours and pay will be discussed upon your interview and are dependent upon skills and experience.

There would be the opportunity for some days to be working from home once trained, again, details to follow upon interview.
