Teaching Assistant – Part-time 3 days per week

Our experienced Head teacher and his supportive senior leadership team are looking for a experienced teaching assistant to join their support team. This role is term time only 39 weeks per year, working 3 days per week between 08.45-15.15, days will be set with successful candidate.

Key responsibilities include:
• Work in partnership with the class teacher and SENDco on identified priorities.
• Support a clear and soundly based educational vision, ethos and direction that promote and support pupils’ learning and their spiritual, moral, social and cultural development.
• Work with named child/children to ensure they make good to outstanding progress.
• Meet as arranged and / or as necessary with the class teacher, members of SLT and SENDco.
• To undertake relevant training and professional development in line with the school development plan.
