We’re hiring Systems Engineers at all levels – from early careers to principal – from a range of backgrounds. You’ll help tackle real engineering challenges, developing tech at the heart of our cutting-edge defence systems.

We’ll match your skills and experience to the right opportunity, and many roles offer hybrid working depending on the project phase.

Current Projects Include:
• Protecting RAF aircraft like Typhoon and Apache
• Developing next-gen fighter tech (GCAP/Tempest)
• Pioneering future electronic warfare systems
• Using AI/ML to turn sensor data into operational insights

What You’ll Do:
Work across the full systems lifecycle – from concept and modelling to integration, testing, and in-service upgrades. You’ll collaborate across disciplines, lead initiatives, and support others through mentoring and knowledge sharing.

What you’ll bring:
• Degree (or equivalent experience) in a STEM field
• Experience or interest in electronic warfare
• Strong systems thinking and communication skills
• Familiarity with some of the following is a plus:
• Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
• RF, signal processing, or multi-sensor systems
• Data analysis, AI or machine learning
• Safety, security or reliability engineering
