The Supply Room is looking for experienced Supply Class Teachers to work with various primary schools across Bristol. Whether you’re seeking temporary or permanent roles, we have plenty of opportunities to suit your needs.
About the Role:
As a Supply Class Teacher, you’ll be covering various primary school classes across Bristol, working within different school settings. You’ll be responsible for delivering lessons and supporting students across the curriculum, adapting to different year groups and classroom environments. With a high demand for supply teachers, this is a fantastic opportunity for you to gain experience in diverse educational settings, all while making a real difference to children’s learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver lessons based on pre-prepared materials, ensuring that students remain engaged and on task.
• Maintain classroom management, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
• Provide support to students with a range of abilities, adapting your teaching to meet individual needs.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment, encouraging student participation and engagement.
• Work with school staff to ensure smooth lesson delivery and continuity of learning.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback as required, supporting children’s academic growth.
What We Are Looking For:
• Qualifications: You must have QTS (Qualified Teacher Status). ECTs (Early Career Teachers) are also welcome to apply.
• Experience: You must have completed your PGCE placements and have previous teaching experience.
• Adaptability: You should be comfortable teaching across different year groups and be able to adjust to new classroom environments quickly.
• Classroom Management Skills: A strong ability to manage diverse groups of children and maintain a productive and safe learning environment.
• Passion for Teaching: A genuine passion for helping children learn and succeed in their education.

Essential Requirements:
• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
• Experience with teaching in a primary school, including completion of PGCE placements.

• A genuine passion for teaching and helping children achieve their potential.
