• Do you have significant experience in finding and growing accounts in the Interiors Industry – whether that is with architects, interior designers or resellers?
• Have you been working for quite some time in the customer facing side of the luxury product industry and are you looking for a new challenge?
• Would you love to be part of an influential interiors brand and play a key part in developing its presence in the UK and internationally?
The Watermark Collection are a close-knit team of talented people who, over the last 10 years, have been building one of most talked about and influential luxury taps & showers brand and have ambitions to go much further with the launch of their second brand last year, Varied Forms.
We are seeking highly energetic and proactive specification managers to join us and help expand our network of customers in the UK as well as across the world.
• Do you enjoy hunting out your sales rather than waiting for them to come through the door?
• Do you pride yourself on your careful market analysis and planning as much as you do on your abilities to convert?
• Are you always looking for ways to get in front of a new potential customer?
We’re looking for talented people to grow our sales organisation, and if you’re the right person, then we’ll work with you to shape up a role that helps you take that next step up the ladder or to bust through the ceiling that you’ve hit in your own industry.
You’ll need great analytical and organizational skills together with a lot of diligence and attention to detail, as well as a natural interest in diving deep and wide to learn more about how to make your efforts ever more effective.
• Do you work hard to gain and maintain your accounts and know that trust is at the core of your relationships, even after the sale is done?
• Are you an inquisitive person, always interested to seek a deeper understanding of situations?
• Are you always looking to work out a way to achieve your targets even when the situation looks bleak?
