Desirable Experience Church of England or faith-based school experience; bilingual/multilingual education experience; leadership roles in school (subject/phase leader or leadership team)
Knowledge & Skills Deep knowledge of primary curriculum and SEND Code of Practice; ability to lead and support staff; excellent communication and organisational skills; data analysis for strategic planning
