Job Overview
This role plays a crucial part in growing regional account revenue and margin across our sales channels. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive Sales Growth: Profitably grow sales volumes against personal targets and develop a portfolio of trading customers.
• Enhance Customer Retention: Improve customer retention by conducting regular stability factor reviews and acting on any intelligence gained.
• Identify New Business Opportunities: Develop a sales pipeline of new business and product range extension opportunities to ensure sustainable growth.
• Optimize Customer Value: Collaborate with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal product specialists to enhance customer business value by reducing acquisition costs, improving production efficiency, or reducing working capital.
• Support Marketing Efforts: Support product and customer marketing campaigns designed to grow our business.
