Team Focus Grow DC assets under management by building strategic partnerships and sourcing opportunities through consultants, trustees, and third-party sponsors
Sales Targets Deliver on new business growth aligned with SEI’s DC strategy
Core Responsibilities Prospecting, managing RFPs, leading pitches, developing relationships, qualifying leads, stakeholder influence, transitioning clients post-sale
Key Stakeholders Consultants, trustees, corporate sponsors, internal sales and marketing teams
Required Experience Solid UK pensions/DC market understanding, new business development, sales cycle navigation, investment consulting exposure
Technical Skills Familiarity with pension regulation, proposal development, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), project management
Desirable Qualifications IMC, CFA, IAQ, MBA, FIA, ACA, ACCA, or relevant Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
SMCR Certified Role Yes – Subject to the FCA Senior Managers and Certification Regime
