Role Overview

Deichmann is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Supervisor to join our Bristol store. You will support the management team, help lead the store in their absence, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the store team in the absence of the Store Manager

• Open and close the store, including cash handling and admin duties

• Deliver outstanding customer service and expert product knowledge

• Assist the team in achieving sales targets and KPIs

• Merchandising and maintaining attractive product displays

• Process stock deliveries and transfers

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Previous retail and supervisory experience (essential)

• Motivated with a “can-do” attitude

• Confident leading and motivating a team

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment

• Able to meet and exceed performance targets

• Attention to detail and organised

• Flexible to work any day of the week, including weekends
