The Waiting Game
The Waiting Game are recruiting front-of-house team members who can commit to what we call FLEXI FULL TIME. This is regular, ongoing work – minimum 3 shifts per week – at locations across the Bristol area. It’s full-time in that it’s guaranteed, long-term, and you can work full-time hours if you wish. It’s flexi in that you can choose which days you’d like to work each week and how many you’d like to do (minimum 3 per week).
The work will include customer service, food, and beverage service, barista and cafe work, operating a till, and more.
Who are we looking for?
You’ll be a reliable, hardworking, personable member of staff with consistently high performance and attendance.
Barista experience would be beneficial but not required.
Customer service or hospitality experience is desirable, but not required – it’s all about attitude.
