Hours: 36 – 48 hours per week (permanent nights)
Rate of Pay: £21.50 per hour + paid breaks
About the Role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join a well-established, family-run nursing home based in the Bradford area. This service prides itself on delivering high standards of person-centred care in a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment.
Working as part of a close-knit night team, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the clinical care of residents, administering medication, carrying out assessments, and ensuring a safe, calm environment throughout the night. The home caters for a mix of nursing, residential, dementia, and respite care, offering a varied and rewarding working experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
• Lead the night shift team, delegating tasks and offering support
• Administer medications and maintain accurate care records
• Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in residents’ conditions
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and external healthcare professionals
What We’re Looking For:
• NMC Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
• Previous nursing home or elderly care experience preferred but not essential
• A compassionate, patient, and professional approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
