About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our Glasgow office.

We’re a fast-growing sales and marketing company, and we’re currently building out our recruitment team in Glasgow city centre!

Key Responsibilities:

β€’ Managing recruitment administration, from job postings to interview scheduling

β€’ Screening applications and assisting with candidate outreach

β€’ Coordinating interviews and liaising with hiring managers

β€’ Hosting candidates during appointments/interviews

β€’ Supporting new hires through onboarding and documentation

β€’ Keeping recruitment systems and databases up to date

What We’re Looking For:

β€’ Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or administration is highly advantageous

β€’ A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented mindset

β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and people-driven environment
