About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our Glasgow office.
Weβre a fast-growing sales and marketing company, and weβre currently building out our recruitment team in Glasgow city centre!
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Managing recruitment administration, from job postings to interview scheduling
β’ Screening applications and assisting with candidate outreach
β’ Coordinating interviews and liaising with hiring managers
β’ Hosting candidates during appointments/interviews
β’ Supporting new hires through onboarding and documentation
β’ Keeping recruitment systems and databases up to date
What We’re Looking For:
β’ Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or administration is highly advantageous
β’ A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented mindset
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and people-driven environment
