Qualified Social Worker needed for Adult Community Team in Bristol – Pay rate is £32ph and ongoing contract!
• The role is hybrid, but we would expect the locum to be in everyday for the first 2 weeks to get up to speed.Thereafter the expectation is for practitioners to be in for one to two days per week in the office.
• You will hold a case load of cases of people new to the service, undertake CAA’s / MCA’s / BI / support planning and commissioning services, sign-posting, S42’s.
• You will need to be a Qualified Social worker who is registered with SW England, have experience in Adult Care working with the Care Act, MC Act, Safeguarding,

Pay rate is £32ph and ongoing contract.
