Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Visit new stores for new customers to collect important market information.
• Evaluate customers’ needs build long-lasting client relationships, and improve reorder rate and conversion rate.
• Be available for on-call assignments from customers and team members.
• Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis.
• Manage your client database within your assigned territory.
• Document and report and provide feedback to management for customer interactions and maintain data related to activities, accounts and partners in CRM.
• Recommend service and product enhancement to improve the customer satisfaction. Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.
• Assist stores to do promotion events to improve products sales volume.
Basic Qualifications:
• Open to current students or sales experienced preferred.
• English proficiency required (applicants of all nationalities welcome).
• Must possess valid driver’s license with demonstrated driving competency.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Able to navigate through a fast-paced environment dealing with ambiguity like startup. Ability to identify insight quickly and set up SOP and mechanism.
• Proven record of driving account management with client related issues.
• Enjoy hands-on solving client pain points effectively.
• Experience with outbound cold calling and pipeline management.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
