6 months internship – Immediate start – Right to work in the UK
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
This internship would provide the opportunity to start a career path in Human Resources with an exposure to multiple areas such as Branch Culture, Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Employee relations, Training and Development, Payroll
Functional: (role-related responsibilities)
• HR project work and other tasks as needed within the team
• Provide documentation in support of HR systems and personnel files: employment contracts, contract amendment letters, probationary memos/letters, maternity documentation, flexible working arrangement, references etc.
• Support the People and Culture Department on Employee Life Cycle activities
• Supporting with initiatives focused on DE&I, Benefits, Employee Handbook, Wellbeing
• Supporting with general HR administration

• Prior internship experience in an administration capacity will be a plus
