Role Overview
We are seeking a People Advisor to provide hands-on, practical HR support across the business. You’ll handle everything from day-to-day queries and coaching managers, to contributing to HR projects and casework. This is a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract, fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

Advise and coach managers on performance, wellbeing, engagement, and people leadership.

Be the first point of contact for employee HR queries, offering clear, empathetic, and consistent guidance.

Manage the central HR inbox, ensuring timely and professional communication.

Represent HR on cross-functional projects (e.g., new systems, services, engagement tools).

Interpret and apply employment law, policy, and best practices.

Support formal employee relations cases as needed.

Contribute to ongoing HR process improvements.

Practical HR experience, with confidence in advising managers.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organised.

Good understanding of employment law and HR policies.
