We are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join our busy and highly successful Estate Agency.

Previous experience in Estate Agency is not necessary, however you will possess transferable skills such as dealing with clients and providing excellent customer service together with having a passion for the residential property market in the local area.

You will be comfortable working under pressure, be able to inspire others within the team and maximise on business opportunities whilst delivering exceptional service. You need to be well presented, hard-working, organised, tenacious, computer literate, and an excellent negotiator with good time management skills.

The role will also involve dealing with sales enquiries from viewings to completion, accompanied viewings as well as dealing with rental and all incoming enquiries.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in achieving results and meeting deadlines; together with maximising on other business opportunities, i.e. providing third-party referrals, whilst delivering exceptional service.

The role requires some flexibility and some Saturday working on a rota.

Full clean driving licence and own vehicle required.
