Job Title: Part-Time eCommerce Manager (Food & Beverage)
Location: Peckham Rye (Hybrid – 1 day in-office, 1 day remote)
Hours: 8 hours/week (split over 2 days)

The Role
We’re on the hunt for a proactive and experienced Part-Time eCommerce Manager to take ownership of our online store and digital sales strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is looking for flexible, part-time hours – ideal for a parent or carer available during school hours.
You’ll work closely with our Social Media Manager to align marketing efforts and ensure a seamless customer journey from discovery to purchase.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimise the online store (Shopify)
• Update content and product pages on Shopify to ensure accurate, compelling, and up-to-date listings
• Implement strategies to grow eCommerce sales and improve conversion rates
• Coordinate product launches, promotions, and content updates
• Analyse data and report on performance, identifying opportunities for growth
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including stock updates and customer experience
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to align on campaigns and messaging
• Stay up to date with eCommerce trends and best practices, especially in the F&B space
Ideal Candidate
• Proven experience in eCommerce management, ideally within a food & beverage or FMCG brand
• Strong understanding of Shopify, Google Analytics, and online sales funnels
• Commercially-minded with a good eye for brand and customer experience
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Available to work 8 hours per week, ideally split over two days (including one day in our Peckham Rye office)
• Bonus: experience with SEO, email marketing platforms, or marketplace integrations (e.g., Amazon)
