We are looking for:
Bookeeper/Admin Assistant (part-time)
Requirements:
– Basic knowledge of Microsoft packages
– Accounts software experience, (ideally Quickbooks)
– Communication skills
– Accurate data entry and attention to detail
Duties:
– Manual entering and maintenance of accounts payable/receivable
– Weekly transaction matching and reconciliation
– Assisting Office Manager in keeping accurate financial reports and accounts
– Taking telephone queries and actioning as necessary
– General office duties, including, but not limited to, filing, printing, record keeping etc.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From £15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 per week
Experience:
• Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
• bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
