Pearly Queen is a new oyster, seafood and wine bar in Shoreditch from renowned chef, Tom Brown, of Cornerstone fame. Think top notch oysters and seafood, beautifully plated fish dishes, cocktails curated by Three Sheets, and great tunes!
A commitment to sustainability, working with small-scale producers and using only quality ingredients runs through everything we do. Our approach to hospitality is characterised by generous and warm service, avoiding excessive formality.
We are looking for outgoing and charismatic waiters / waitresses to join our friendly team on a full time basis. We like our crew to let their personalities shine through, and convey their passion for the great produce we work with to our guests.
As well as previous hospitality experience, the ideal candidates must possess a love of people, as well as a customer service-oriented mindset, and an appreciation of great food and wine with the desire to learn more. You will also have the natural ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
