Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a part-time Archivist to join a successful Luton based company.
The role is a job share and will be for 20 hours per week. Monday to Friday 10 am to 2 pm
Essential Attributes:
• Experience in archiving in a law firm would be ideal
• Strong IT skills in Excel and case management systems
• An understanding of the legal work environment is an advantage
• Excellent time management skills
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• There is some heavy lifting of boxes and heavy files within this role
Key Tasks:
• Dealing with files sent for closure
• Updating relevant databases and client management systems
• Liaising with storage partners
• Management and recording of all fille retrievals
• Liaising with client regarding requests
• Ensuring confidentiality is upheld at all times
• All other duties as required
Salary: Negotiable £24,000 pa to £27,000 pa (pro-rata) + excellent benefits package
