Key Responsibilities
• Providing administrative support across departments
• Handling inbound and outbound emails and phone calls
• Liaising with key clients in a professional and timely manner
• Accurately inputting and maintaining data
• Assisting with tasks related to sales or purchasing
• Dealing with client queries and resolving issues quickly and effectively
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Previous experience in an administrative or client support role
• Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to think on your feet and handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC use
• Experience in sales or purchasing is desirable
• A professional and customer-focused approach

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Working Hours:
• Tuesday: 08:30 – 14:30
• Wednesday: 08:30 – 14:30
• Thursday: 08:30 – 16:30
