Position Overview

As a Part II Architectural Assistant, you will work alongside the Project/Senior Architect and/or Project Manager to support all architectural and technical stages in a high-end, design-led practice. You will play a key role in developing concept designs, producing tender and construction drawing packages, and assisting with contract administration and statutory approvals. This position offers the chance to make a significant impact on the studio’s projects and drive forward their commitment to outstanding design solutions.

Responsibilities
• Contribute to the development of concept designs by providing drawing support to the Design Team
• Produce Tender and Construction Drawing packages, coordinating consultant information
• Assist the Project/Senior Architect and/or Project Manager with contract administration, AI’s, and shop drawing reviews
• Support project running and quality control
• Aid in obtaining statutory approvals, such as license to alter and planning permissions

Requirements
• University degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology
• Part II or equivalent qualification (essential)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in luxury residential architecture/interior design practices in the UK
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in bespoke joinery design (preferred)
• Knowledge of working with BIM
