Your mission
As Operations Manager, you’ll help build and operate a reliable, user-friendly EV charging network that supports the transition to a fossil-free future. Your role is key to ensuring smooth daily operations, solving problems quickly, and continuously improving the infrastructure together with internal and global teams.
• Ensure the daily operational readiness, reliability, and performance of all charging stations
• Support the rollout, integration, and commissioning of new charging points
• Work closely with customer service to handle user enquiries and provide effective solutions
• Conduct on-site visits for troubleshooting, quality control, and performance checks
• Monitor and act on user feedback, and contribute to ongoing improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards
• Collaborate across departments and with global teams to optimize operations
Your profile
You are a technically minded, service-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You enjoy improving systems, solving technical challenges, and delivering great customer experiences.
• Solid technical understanding of EV charging infrastructure and electric mobility
• Experience in operational process management and project implementation
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a hands-on mindset
• Focus on quality, safety, and reliable system performance
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for service excellence
• Interest in new technologies and enthusiasm for sustainable mobility
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders
• Strong team spirit, yet confident working independently and managing your own priorities
