Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Maintenance Lead to oversee building maintenance operations, manage a team, and ensure safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general facility upkeep.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance staff and daily operations
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks
- Coordinate repairs, renovations, and equipment upgrades
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred
- 5+ years of experience in facility maintenance or a related role
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
