Live-in Nanny, Job ID J1BA89

A live-in nanny is needed by a busy family in Richmond, London, to provide dedicated care for their precious baby, due in July 2025. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in caring for newborns. It would be advantageous if the nanny is flexible to travel with the family once or twice a year. The family has a dog, so a pet-friendly candidate is preferred. A full driving licence would be a bonus but is not essential. Speaking Italian would be an advantage, but English-speaking candidates will also be considered. A valid first-aid qualification is required for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, approximately 60 hours per week

Accommodation: Self-contained flat, private entrance connected to the main house with own living space, bed and kitchen

Duties include:

Preparing milk.
Organizing the child’s daily schedule.
Changing nappies.
Cleaning and sterilizing bottles.
Establishing and maintaining a nap routine.
Washing and dressing the child.
Engaging in play and interactive activities with the child.
Monitoring the child’s development and providing updates to the parents.
Ensuring the child is always safe and happy.
Taking the child to doctor’s appointments and assisting with the bedtime routine.
Organizing the child’s clothes.
Handling laundry and ironing for the child.
Keeping the child’s room clean and tidy.
Occasionally grocery shopping for the child’s supplies.
They are looking to hire someone at the end of 2025 or in January 2026.
