Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity to support Key Stage 2 pupils?
We are seeking a full-time, long-term KS2 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Newham, London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with teachers and pupils, providing targeted booster sessions, interventions, and special educational needs (SEN) support to help students thrive academically and personally.

About the Role:
As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you will:
• Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils who require additional help in core subjects.
• Assist with booster sessions and intervention strategies to raise attainment levels.
• Support children with SEN and additional learning needs, helping to create an inclusive classroom environment.
• Work closely with class teachers to differentiate learning materials and ensure every child is engaged.
• Promote a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere, fostering confidence and independence in pupils.
Applicants Should:
• Have previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK primary school (KS2 experience preferred).
• Possess a strong understanding of the UK primary curriculum.
• Be confident in delivering booster sessions and intervention work.
• Have experience working with SEN pupils or be eager to develop skills in this area.
• Be patient, enthusiastic, and committed to making a difference in children’s learning.
