We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our culinary team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, contributing to meal and food preparation while maintaining the highest standards of food safety. Responsibilities
• Assist in meal preparation and food preparation tasks, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Support chefs and other kitchen staff in daily operations, including catering events as required.
• Help with inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting shortages.
• Follow recipes accurately and contribute creative ideas for menu items.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained properly.
Experience
• Previous experience in a kitchen environment, whether in catering, restaurants, or culinary settings is preferred but not essential.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is advantageous.
• A willingness to learn and develop culinary skills further is essential.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy kitchen atmosphere.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
