Primary Duties Resource planning, ER, change management, talent strategy, compensation, and DEI leadership
Project Focus Workforce planning, performance management systems, business alignment, and employee lifecycle
People Management Line management of junior HR professionals
Essential Experience 10+ years in senior HR roles (especially in L&D, FS, or consultancy settings)
Preferred Sectors Financial services, learning providers, content-led businesses
Desirable Qualifications Bachelor’s required; postgraduate/HR certifications (CIPD, MBA, etc.) preferred
Global Experience Experience supporting global or multi-jurisdictional teams
