Essential Experience | 10+ years in senior HR roles (especially in L&D, FS, or consultancy settings) |
Preferred Sectors | Financial services, learning providers, content-led businesses |
Desirable Qualifications | Bachelor’s required; postgraduate/HR certifications (CIPD, MBA, etc.) preferred |
Global Experience | Experience supporting global or multi-jurisdictional teams |
