In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our contingent workforce, working closely with various teams and stakeholders across the company. As an HR Advisor, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in HR practices and procedures to drive positive outcomes for our contingent workers. Provide HR support for all contingent workers within the organization.
Serve as the main point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and concerns from contingent workers.
Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient management of contingent workforce.
Utilize knowledge of HR practices and procedures to drive positive outcomes for contingent workers.
Develop and implement policies and procedures specific to contingent workers.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Monitor and track employee performance, providing guidance and support as needed.
Manage and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise within the contingent workforce.
Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding process for contingent workers.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to constantly improve the management of contingent workers.
Maintain accurate and confidential records for all contingent workers.
Provide support and guidance to managers and employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner to external parties.
Participate in the recruitment and selection process for contingent workers.
Continuously strive to improve the overall HR experience for contingent workers.
