We bought our home 4 years ago and completely gutted it. It’s a lovely home. Clean and not cluttered. We have beautiful views over the countryside. It’s very peaceful. We live at the end of a road opposite a wood (which is great for long walks). Neighbours are very friendly. Generally, it’s a lovely place to live. Just down the road, there’s a sports centre and about 5 mins drive there’s a co-op and about 7 mins drive (I’m guessing) there’s a post office. We’re in between Coventry and Nuneaton if you want to go to a larger town. There is one bedroom and a bed settee in the study area and you’d be welcome to use the whole bungalow. We have had family and friends to house sit so have full instructions for everything! I have a brand new workshop for crafting and my husband has a large workshop. Would have to discuss using my workshop but it is possible if required. Anyone that stops here has never had any problems and has loved being here. We have a friend/electrician who feeds the cats if we’re out late or away for one night and he can always be on call if there are any problems. We do have a carport and garage but they would both be used.
