Position Overview:
• Location: Ireland & UK (Remote with travel)

Ireland & UK – Head of Specialised Cleaning Team for Ireland and the UK will oversee and manage professional specialised cleaning teams within these regions. This role requires strong leadership, excellent time management skills, and the ability to effectively manage subcontractors. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the cleaning industry and a proven track record of managing large teams and projects.

• Leadership and Management: Lead and manage specialised cleaning teams across Ireland and the UK, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
• Time Management: Develop and implement efficient time management strategies to optimize team performance and productivity.
• Subcontractor Management: Oversee and manage subcontractors, ensuring they meet company standards and contractual obligations.
• Operational Oversight: Monitor and evaluate the performance of cleaning teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Compliance: Ensure all cleaning operations comply with relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Budget Management: Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide ongoing development opportunities for team members.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, project status, and other key metrics to senior management.

Qualifications And Skills:

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a senior management role within the cleaning industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Experience managing subcontractors and third-party vendors.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel across Ireland and the UK as required.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
