Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients and customers in various locations, promoting our clients broadband and closing deals on the day and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to upselling, and the ability to analyse customer needs vs budgets
Responsibilities
• Engage with clients and customers in the field to promote products and services.
• Conduct data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records of client interactions.
• Analyse customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for upselling.
• Utilise effective phone etiquette when communicating with clients over the phone.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market presence.
• Provide regular reports on field activities and customer interactions.
Experience
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English
• Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services effectively.
• Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Multilingual or bilingual candidates are highly desirable.

Pay: From £300.00 per day
Expected hours: 37 per week
