Freelance Face to Face Interpreters – Dari, All boroughs of London

The Language Shop are a leading Interpreting services provider to clients including: NHS Trusts, Government and Charities.

For over 30 years we have connected ‘qualified Interpreters’ with businesses in face to face settings. We pride ourselves not only on commitment to equality of access to our services but also customer care and integrity.

Our Freelance Interpreters have massively contributed to this success and are the ‘linchpin’ of being able to provide these services day in day out.

Due to an increase in Face to Face requests for Dari throughout all boroughs of London, we have immediate opportunities for experienced language professionals with experience of supporting NHS services.

Do you want to be part of our Freelance team ?

Requirements:
• Previous experience of interpreting within your community ideally sought
• Hold Level 3 Community Interpreting Certificate, DPI, DPSI or hold a Language based Degree.
• Exceptional people and time management skills
• Excellent communication and language skills
• Happy to travel for Face to Face Interpreting requirements

You must be also able to provide evidence that you are eligible to work in the UK, provide a valid Enhanced DBS or be willing to apply for one.

• Community Interpreting: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:
• Do you hold a recognised Interpreting qualification ? (preferred)
