The Role:
We are looking for a motivated Trainee Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. No previous experience is required—just a strong work ethic, confidence, and a desire to succeed. You’ll receive full training, mentorship, and hands-on experience to develop the skills needed to thrive in the fast-paced world of property sales. What We Offer:
• £30,000 – £40,000 OTE (Basic salary + uncapped commission)
