Job Summary
We are seeking a all round position for a House Keeper / Domestic Assistant to join our team in providing housekeeping services our care home helping to keep our residents happy and healthy The ideal candidate will have similar experience. The hours including alternative weekends and additional hours for weekend and sickness

Hours are 3pm-7pm Mon-Friday

Duties
• Cleaning and sanitising designated areas within the Home
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and emptying bin
• Ensuring all surfaces are disinfected to maintain a hygienic environment
• Handling and disposing of waste according to regulations
• Restocking supplies in designated areas
• Kitchen assistant duties including food prep

Experience
• Previous experience in a care setting cleaning is highly desirable
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies used in healthcare settings
• Ability to follow health and safety guidelines closely
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

To be eligible to apply for this role you must have the right to work in the UK, with 6-12 months care or support professional experience within the UK, with a 5yr checkable work history with a minimum of 3 years professional referencing. Due to the nature of this service, some roles be temp to perm, in which case you may start on a temporary contract then once you have established good solid relationships with the service users you will transfer over to a permanent contract.
