Your Role in Our Journey
As a Customer Experience Agent, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to provide outstanding service to every passenger. You’ll:
• Ensure passengers are travelling with valid tickets or passes
• Issue fixed penalty notices fairly and in line with company guidelines
• Record accurate and detailed information
• Communicate clearly with your team and provide feedback to supervisors
Every day, you’ll be making a difference—helping us deliver a safe, smooth, and respectful travel experience across our network.

Working With Us
• Full-time (average 40 hours per week) – with shifts scheduled across 7 days to support our operational needs
