Loeb Smith Attorneys, a top-ranked offshore corporate law firm with offices in the Cayman Islands, BVI, and Hong Kong, is hiring a Corporate Lawyer to join its BVI team.
The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years’ PQE at a top-tier international firm, with strong experience in cross-border M&A, private equity, or IPOs.
Key responsibilities include investment funds, corporate transactions, and fintech/blockchain M&A.
