• Delivers consistently excellent teaching and a commitment to supporting others develop high quality teaching and learning opportunities for pupils of all abilities
• Is enthusiastic and motivated
• Is a team player and can work collaboratively with others
• Has high expectations and aspirations for all pupils
• Demonstrates initiative and creative thinking
• Is committed to raising standards within the classroom and across the Key Stage
• Has excellent behaviour management skills
• A secure knowledge and understanding of the Curriculum and its expectations
• Has boundless energy, enthusiasm and a super sense of humour!
