📣 We’re Hiring: City Manager – Nottingham – StudentFM (PBSA)
Are you an experienced leader in property management with a passion for delivering exceptional student living experiences? Join our dynamic team at Student Facility Management as a City Manager in Nottingham.
About the Role:
As City Manager, you’ll oversee operations across four student accommodation schemes, totaling 430 beds. Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading and motivating on-site teams to ensure top-tier customer service.
• Managing facilities and building operations, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Driving occupancy through proactive lettings strategies and local marketing initiatives.
• Monitoring rent collection and addressing arrears effectively.
• Maintaining accurate records and reports in line with company procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in property management, preferably within the student accommodation or Build to Rent (BTR) sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple sites.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends or out-of-hours as needed.
