Pay Rates:
• Ages 16-17 £8.91 per hour
• Ages 18-20: £10.00 per hour
• Ages 21+: £12.21 per hour

Big Parking is looking for Car Park Marshals and Road Closure Staff to support the smooth running of Godiva Festival 2025 – the highlight of Coventry’s events calendar! With incredible performances from Sam Ryder, Beverley Knight, and many more, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a major festival in the heart of the city.
Your Role
As part of our event team, you’ll be responsible for:
• Car Park Marshals: Directing and assisting festivalgoers with parking, managing traffic flow, and ensuring a safe and efficient parking operation
• Road Closure Staff: Monitoring and enforcing road closures, assisting attendees, residents, and businesses with access information, and ensuring a safe event environment
• Providing exceptional customer service to all visitors
• Supporting event operations and working closely with the wider team
What We’re Looking For
• Customer service experience is essential
• A professional, friendly, and proactive attitude
• Reliability and flexibility to work early starts, long shifts, and late finishes
• Ability to work outdoors in a busy environment
• Higher pay available for those with relevant traffic management qualifications
