Better Brows was incorporated in 2011 and, with the help of our wonderful staff, we now have 13 locations across the UK

We are looking for a highly experienced Brow Threading technician who is passionate to join our growing team in Croydon.

The ideal candidate must also have experience of working in a salon environment, must possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a minimum Level 2 in NVQ.

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Brow Expert to join our beauty team. As a Brow Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional brow services to our clients, enhancing their natural beauty and boosting their confidence.

Duties
– Shape and groom eyebrows according to clients’ preferences
– Provide expert advice on brow maintenance and aftercare
– Perform brow tinting and shaping services
– Offer exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
– Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in brow styling and techniques

Qualifications
– Proficiency in brow threading and grooming
– Proficient in customer service
– Excellent communication skills in English
– Experience in Lash lift, henna brows, brow lamination and lash extensions
– Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

This is a permanent position with an immediate start.
