Legal Cashier, London (SW11), up to £38k with hybrid working
Are you an experienced Legal Cashier looking for an exciting new opportunity? Our client are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join their friendly and fast-paced finance team.

As a Legal Cashier, you will play a vital role in supporting the firm’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with SRA Accounts Rules and maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and integrity. You’ll work closely with fee earners, the Finance Manager, and other key stakeholders to keep everything running smoothly.

Monitoring client accounts, processing payments, and allocating incoming funds
Ensuring timely banking of client and office account cheques
Assisting with finance-related projects, including audits and compliance work
Ensuring strict adherence to SAR, VAT, and MLR regulatory obligations
Providing general support to the finance team and assisting with ad hoc duties

Practical experience in accounts administration within a legal environment
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and up-to-date familiarity with SRA Accounts Rules
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality work
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9:30 am – 5:30 pm, with some flexibility required during busy periods.
