| Role Purpose | Process defective stock returns through repair center & stores team; handle RMA and warranty processing |
| Key Responsibilities | – Unload vehicles safely using MHE and PPE – Scan and verify returns – Document and escalate delivery issues – Inspect and record product condition (serial numbers, damages) – Create repair work orders and RMAs – Coordinate warranty and repair processes – Process engineer returns with appropriate documentation |
| Skills/Experience | – Strong inventory audit skills and attention to detail – Excellent verbal and written communication – Ability to articulate findings and collaborate cross-functionally – Transparency and timely updates throughout work order process |
