Job Description Senior HR Manager Established &expanding US Law Firm are looking for a Senior HR Manager to jointheir London office. The Senior HR Manager will play a pivotal rolein shaping and implementing HR initiatives that align with theirbusiness objectives. /n – Salary up to £120,000 – Hybrid working (3days in the office / 2 days remote) – 9:30am – 5:30pm working hours/n Key Responsibilities of the Senior HR Manager: /n – Managecomplex disciplinary and grievance procedures; conducting unbiasedand thorough investigations, gathering, and analysing evidence andinformation related to the investigation, interviewing involvedparties individual, documenting findings, compiling reports, andmaking recommendations based on the investigation results. – Adviseon and develop HR related policies based on local legal andregulatory requirements and provide ongoing reviews of policyhandbooks. – Provide guidance on the legal aspects of hiring,terminations and employment term changes. – Manage the day-to-dayadministration of various immigration matters, including thoseseconded or transferred within the Firm. – Work with the Directorof Benefits and International Benefits Manager on local benefitsadministration. – Liase with employment agencies for administrativestaff recruitment. – Assist the International HR team with theinput of Workday information as directed by the Office Manager. /nKey Skills & Requirements of the Senior HR Manager: /n – CIPDQualified – At least 5 years of professional HR managementexperience, ideally with a direct experience in a partnership orprofessional services environment, including 2 years in employeerelations. – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Employee Relations,Human Resources or related field. – Working knowledge of Workday ispreferred. – Demonstrable commitment to staying up-to-date on thelatest HR trends. – Excellent analytical, troubleshooting,organisational, and planning skills.
