With a growing member base and two unique but connected brands, we’re expanding our digital presence and need a developer to help bring our online experience up to the same standard as our in-studio vibe.

The Role

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Web Developer to manage and evolve both of our websites. This includes day-to-day maintenance, creating promotional landing pages, integrating booking systems (MindBody), and working with our team on seasonal campaigns, events, and user experience improvements.

What You’ll Do
• Maintain and update both truformstudio.co.uk and martialarts-fitness.co.uk
• Build landing pages for promotions, challenges, and workshops
• Ensure both sites are mobile-friendly, SEO-optimized, and high-performing
• Integrate and troubleshoot booking systems (MindBody or similar)
• Work closely with the marketing team to align website content with campaigns
• Improve UX across both platforms, helping streamline the member journey
• Maintain site security and ensure backups are in place
• Upload and format media, blog content, or updates when needed

What We’re Looking For
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with WordPress or a similar CMS
• Familiarity with third-party integrations like MindBody, Mailchimp, etc.
• Understanding of basic SEO, site speed optimization, and mobile design
• Great attention to detail and a solid sense of design/UX
• Bonus: experience in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brands
• Bonus: graphic design skills using Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
